Contract Administrator II
Work Location: Dallas, TX

InGenesis is currently seeking a Contract Administrator II to facilitate the sourcing and contracting of medical/surgical products, equipment, and services. In this role, you will implement a value based selection process and maintain ongoing vendor relationships/contract management.

Job Duties/Responsibilities/Functions (including but not limited to)
• Identify opportunities for improved pricing.
• Coordinate contracts review/execution and track processes to fulfillment.
• Review contracts to ensure terms are in accordance with client policies and procedures.
• Monitor contractors for compliance in accordance with contractual requirements.
• Provide effective record keeping.
• Respond to internal and external audit requests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 8+ years’ experience in contract administrations, purchasing, or accounts payable.
• Ability to review and understand legal contracts, terms, and conditions.
