Business Project Lead Analyst
Work Location: Lake Mary, FL

Job Summary/Description
This role will focus on business projects from all departments including business initiatives that intersect or are complimentary with Technology initiatives. The business projects will range in scope from process improvement and customer onboarding to working with 3rd parties on various assignments and other initiatives as defined by leadership.

Job Duties/Responsibilities/Functions (including but not limited to)
• Ensure stakeholders, team members, and all other related personnel are aware of their respective responsibilities and duties and participation in the project.
• Determine the project targets and objectives for the project team to ensure their involvement in the working of the project.
• Provide members of the various project teams with proper training and recommendations.
• Responsible for resolving, determining, rationalizing, tracking, and handling the risks and problems that may arise during the working of the project.
• Distribute information related to the project and inform the project sponsor, team members and stakeholders about the status of the project.
• Responsible for managing and communicating any variance or divergence from the plans of the project.
• Conduct project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis.
• Recommend and take action to direct the analysis and solution of problems, including facilitation of decision making required for continued progress on the project.
• Meet with management to determine solutions to business and enterprise-wide problems.
• Works with project sponsor and PMO to defines project scope and objectives; develops project plan, schedule, and determines necessary resources.
• Responsible for delivery and success of assigned projects.
• Assists in facilitation of discussions with business partners both internal and external.
• Provide updates to the weekly project level report.
• Manage cross functional relationships with business partner leads.
• Works with the PMO to understand overall fit of initiatives in the strategic timeline.

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is required.
• 5 - 7 years of previous project management experience.
• Experience in roles outside of Project Management (Finance, Marketing, Sales, etc.) is a plus.
• Certification in project management is preferred.
• 6 Sigma Certification is preferred.
• Knowledge of Healthcare is a plus.
• Demonstrated outstanding leadership and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of Agile Framework required.
• Demonstrated experience managing and delivering projects.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills are a must; excellent communication skills including presentations to and negotiations with Senior IT and Business leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to craft and present clear, concise and convincing messages appropriately targeted to the specific audience.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate status and issues effectively both verbally and in writing across all levels of the organization.
