Alumni Engagement Coordinator

Job Summary/Description
The Alumni Engagement Coordinator is responsible for heavily collaborating with the Director, Alumni Engagement. The incumbent will provide alumni event development and support, regular correspondence with alumni network groups and volunteers, provide administrative support to programmatic elements and collaborate with Advancement colleagues to complete job tasks efficiently. Job Duties/Responsibilities/Functions (including but not limited to)
• Day-to-day management of alumni engagement efforts in collaboration with the Director of Alumni Engagement. This includes the development, oversight and implement of events for our alumni network groups (from conception to follow through). Prepare alumni network event materials. Assist with the “event-in-a-box” and other supply requests as needed and/or organizing other promotional materials when requested. Assist with email and social media requests for approved events bi-weekly. Assist in the tracking of new metrics. Update Air table after events. Send registration lists to Advancement Services. Manage event follow up – attendance lists to Advancement Services. Be sure every event has successful follow up and event evaluations are received. 40 % of Time
• Assist in management of correspondence on behalf for the Director of Alumni Engagement, replying in a timely manner to all alumni volunteer inquiries/requests. Escalate to Director of Engagement as needed. Handle any and all correspondence with urgency, sensitivity, and confidentiality. Communicate with Volunteer leaders post application review. Assist with routine volunteer communication on behalf of OAA (newsletters). Obtain registration reports from ACM and send to volunteers leading up to events (3 days prior). Organize all funding requests for review on a weekly basis. 40 % of Time
• Other duties as assigned. 20 % of Time.

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree
• 1 – 2 years’ work experience
