Administrative Clerk
Work Location: Houston, TX

Job Summary/Description
Performs a variety of complex clerical work. Perform basic database maintenance, which consists of identification of items for special handling or mail codes, addition of comments and updates to donor records. ID, code and post philanthropic gifts to the institution. Process Daily Bank Download. AF exception batch processing.

Job Duties/Responsibilities/Functions (including but not limited to)
• Compiles and arranges data.
• Processes documents and composes correspondence.
• Prepares standard reports and performs audit for completeness and accuracy.
• Performs a variety of complex tasks as assigned by supervisor or Senior Administrative Clerks.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three years of experience in performing administrative or responsible clerical work.
• Must be skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat: Strong Word skills; Basic Excel skills needed to populate database with information about the documents; Intermediate to strong Adobe skills with the ability to create, edit, convert, export and publish PDF files
• Must be detailed oriented.
