Administrative Assistant Senior

Work Location: San Antonio


Job Summary/Description 

Under general supervision, provides administrative support to department or group of professionals. Composes straightforward written descriptions and results. Requires the ability to exercise independent judgment and basic reasoning skills.   Proficiency in MS Word and Excel applications.  Manage Director scheduling and calendaring through Outlook.


Job Duties/Responsibilities/Functions (including but not limited to)

  • Take minutes of meetings
  • Assist faculty with clinical rotations for students
  • Assist with event planning, setting up for job fairs, ordering equip, meeting rooms, catering, etc
  • Performs other duties as assigned. 


Minimum Qualifications

  • Associates degree with five years’ experience or high school diploma or GED with seven years related experience.
  • Healthcare industry experience required
  • Advanced computer experience in applicable MS Office Programs.
  • Strong computer skills MS Word/Excel
  • Good organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills
