Job Description
Administrative Assistant - Release Planner
Work Location: New York, NY

Job Duties/Responsibilities/Functions (including but not limited to)
• Maintain release schedule for weekly production meeting
• Setup products for domestic and international releases and special projects
• Conduct store checks on DSP’s (digital service providers) – iTunes, Spotify, etc.
• Communicate with senior management, product managers, artist management, business affairs and copyright about release objectives and project planning
• Submit JIRA tickets for assets to be uploaded into AOMA asset management system
• Enter label copy into system to distribute final credits for approval
• Provide back-up support to other members of the department as needed
• Coordinate with the digital operations department regarding release deliveries and updates
• Oversee copyright and business affairs clearances for digital/physical products
• Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor degree preferred; High School diploma or equivalent required
• One (1) year of prior administrative assistant experience
• Must have strong attention to detail and highly organized
• Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and follow through
• Strong communication and proofreading skills
• Knowledge with Outlook and advanced in Microsoft Office, preferably in Excel
• Extremely organized self-starter
• Must be able to work independently
• Ability to communicate with all levels of management ?with a proactive approach – with attention to detail
• Strong ability to multitask
• Basic knowledge and understanding of production preferred
• Excellent time management skills
