Administrative Assistant II
Work Location: Houston TX

Job Summary/Description
This position provides administrative support in an Executive VP Office

Job Duties/Responsibilities/Functions (including but not limited to)
• Phone triage
• Calendar management - make sure calls are placed, reminders when next meeting is waiting
• Scheduling back-up
• Conference room management – help reserve; set up for meetings
• Managing incoming and outcoming documents for signature
• Printing/copying/scanning
• Document editing – Word/Excel/PowerPoint
• Filing
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Two (2) to four (4) years' experience as an administrative assistant.
• Strong computer skills
• Working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Photoshop and Outlook
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Strong interpersonal skills that enable one to positively relate to a wide variety of individuals
• Must be flexible – an ability to work well in an environment where needs and priorities are subject to much revision
• Must be detail-oriented.
