Job Summary/Description
Position provides support to Fiscal Officers in overseeing a variety of OSU funds within the OSU Comprehensive Cancer Center (OSUCCC).

Job Duties/Responsibilities/Functions (including but not limited to)
• Assists with monthly reconciliation of funds including 156 James Development and Endowment funds
• Prepares monthly reports and financial statements
• Alerts Senior Fiscal Officer and Fiscal Officers of discrepancies, errors, and non-compliance to fund expenditures
• May assist in reconciliation of Payroll transactions on the general ledger and completes HR transactions in the University systems as needed
• Reviews, reconciles and verifies necessary backup documentation and that appropriate approvals have been received for all supply, service, and equipment expenditures; obtains voucher approvals for payment processing

• Reviews Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP) travel requests and payment requests for travel policy compliance
• Maintains fiscal records and files; participates in year-end account closing activities
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications
• Prefer a degree in the Business Finance or Accounting
• 6 months experience in accounting
• Ability to calculate fractions, decimals and percentages
