Account Set-up and Maintenance Clerk

Job Description

We have a unique opportunity available for an Account Set-up and Maintenance Clerk to join our client located in Frisco, TX!   The work schedule is Monday-Friday 9am-6pm.

 

 ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for generating, sending to customers and gathering required documents for creating new accounts. 
  • Responsible for tracking multiple projects and customer contacts using various programs.

 

 REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • HS Diploma or equivalency required. 
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to track multiple projects and customer contacts. 
  • Experience with tasks relation to attention to detail 
  • Familiar with SalesForce/CRM software is a positive. 
  • Familiar with using Adobe Acrobat is a strong positive. 
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel is a strong positive.
