Job Description

Visual/ Graphic Designer

 Are you skilled in the art of visual persuasion?  Do you have demonstrated ability to meld arresting typography, images, color, and other graphic elements into a presentation that propels the viewer from the sales page to the completed order form?
The successful candidate will be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts. They will be able to transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional designs.


  • Execute all visual design stages from concept to final 
  • Establish the look and feel for various interfaces, including website and mobile devices
  • Continue to work within and improve brand guidelines to create layouts that reinforce our brand's style and voice through its visual touchpoints
  • Design logos, icons, and infographics
  • Create and optimize our web project management, hit all deadlines, and improve efficiency while maintaining the highest quality web development standards
  • Create and organize production assets
  • Source images through stock photos and/or create using Blender and/or Adobe Photoshop
  • Work with a component library
  • Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
  • Work on email marketing items, presentation materials, and interactive event materials
  • Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards
  • Demonstrated knowledge of design principles used to maximize conversion


  • Demonstrable visual design skills with a strong portfolio
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or other visual design and wire-framing tools
  • Strong skills with Blender and Sketch
  • A solid foundation in typography, layout and design
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience with transitions, animation, motion design and dynamic interaction
  • Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills
  • A penchant for details and organization, including the ability to prioritize tasks, communicate progress and meet deadlines
  • The ability to effectively take direction and work both collaboratively and autonomously

Work Hours:
8AM - 5PM (Monday - Friday).
     Currently this position will be Teleworking due to Covid-19, until further notice.
