Job Description



Position Summary:

Develops, writes, edits, and maintains SOFTWARE technical documentation. Ability to translate C# code into flowcharts a must.

This role will report to our Chief Technology Officer.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Produces and maintains software documentation including but not limited to design specifications, marketing/sales materials, user manuals/guides, training materials, proposals, reports, and on-line help.
  • Ensures timely completion of quality documentation for all products.
  • Provides writing, editing, and electronic publishing services to product teams/departments.
  • Researches, writes, edits, compiles, revises, and reviews end-user documentation, both print and on-line.
  • Creates effective graphics, flow charts, and diagrams for inclusion in documentation.
  • Edits and proofreads technical materials using standard editing marks.
  • Interacts and collaborates effectively with internal and external team members to assure needs of the company are met.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.


  • Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in related field or equivalent, two to four years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficient on Software documentation tools such as NaturalDocs & Visio
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and clearly in writing.
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards

  • Excellent grammatical and spelling skills.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm

  • Monday to Friday - Normal business hours

Work Location:

  • Irvine, CA

Work Hours:
8AM - 5PM (Monday - Friday).
     This position may be Teleworking due to Covid-19.
