B2B Marketing Intern — Mobile Devices (30-40 hours weekly)

12-month term. Local candidates only. Relocation / H-1B is not offered.

** This position is In-Office Monday through Friday — NOT REMOTE **

SUMMARY:

We are looking for two enthusiastic interns to join our marketing department, provide creative and administrative support, and help us achieve our sales and business goals. As a marketing intern, you will collaborate with our marketing and advertising team in all stages of marketing campaigns, from strategy and development to implementation and reporting. This internship is a great opportunity for you to learn and apply various marketing strategies, while giving you broad experience working in a fast-paced environment for a B2B company specializing in enterprise mobility hardware and software services.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns

• Perform market analysis and research on competition

• Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks

• Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, email, and web)

• Prepare and develop marketing materials, sales presentations and collateral

• Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)

• Help coordinate and organize marketing events

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong desire to learn along with professional drive

• Solid understanding of different marketing techniques

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office

• Familiarity with marketing computer software and online applications (e.g. CRM tools, Online analytics and Google Adwords)

• Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices

• Experience with creative design, websites, or tech industry is a plus, but not required

ADDITIONAL INFO:

• Job Type: Internship (12-month term)

• Hours: TBD (Monday-Friday, 30-40 hours weekly, 1 hour lunch)

• Location: Irvine, CA (close to John Wayne Airport)
