About Us:

General Overview:

Reporting into Apollo, marketing supports the brands within the Apollo umbrella of companies—InCrowd and SurveyHealthcareGlobus (SHG)—as well as Apollo itself. In this role you will be responsible SHG brand. This will involve collaboration between members of the Apollo, InCrowd, and SHG sales teams, as well as members of the product, client service, panel, engineering, and executive teams when appropriate. Collaborate with team members, other departments, and contribute to other marketing projects as needed.


SurveyHealthcareGlobus Marketing Director 


We are looking to hire a Marketing Director who will be in charge of leading the marketing efforts for our SHG brand. As a successful hire, you will be responsible for evaluating and developing marketing strategies, planning, coordinating, and executing marketing efforts, communicating the marketing plans to those involved, and building awareness and positioning for the SHG brand. You will also be working closely with our sales department to support their sales needs. Finally, you will be in charge of organizing SHG’s conferences, trade shows, and major events.


To be considered for this position, you will need a bachelor's degree in business, marketing or communications. You will also need to have proven experience in running a marketing function. High competency in project and stakeholder management is a huge advantage. And ideally, you’ll have some experience in the market research or life science/healthcare industries.



  • Overseeing SHG’s marketing department, include EU division
  • Developing the SHG marketing strategy and marketing plan
  • Planning, directing, and coordinating marketing efforts
  • Communicating the marketing plan
  • Researching demand for our products and services
  • Competitor research
  • Supporting the sales team with tools and training and coordinating with them for campaigns and marketing activity to support our revenue goals
  • Identifying prospective customers and supporting sales and lead generation efforts
  • Developing promotional strategies, advertising campaigns, and social media campaigns
  • Understanding and developing budgets and finance, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment and profit-loss projections
  • Creating product marketing material describing our offerings
  • Building brand awareness and positioning for SHG
  • Developing SHG’s content marketing and thought-leadership program
  • Organizing company conferences, trade shows, and major events
  • Overseeing social media marketing strategy


Required Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field, MBA or masters a plus
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing and running a marketing team/department, ideally in the market research or life science/healthcare industries, international marketing experience a plus
  • Proven marketing campaign experience
  • Proven ability to manage budgets
  • Knowledge of, and comfort with, statistics
  • High competence in project and stakeholder management
  • Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and some experience with Marketing Automation Software (Hubspot, Pardot, Marketo, etc.), SalesForce (or comparable CRM), Wistia, Intercom, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, LinkedIn Ads, Canva, GoToWebinar, BigStockPhoto, Wordpress a plus
