Growth Marketing Manager

Redwood City, CA

IMVU is looking to further build out its Growth and Acquisition team with a highly visible Growth Marketing Manager who can oversee the overarching web business. The ideal candidate will have SEM, Display and Affiliate marketing experience, acquiring new users at scale with a keen eye for data and is driven by goals.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop, implement and execute a growth strategy to scale user acquisition across multiple channels including, but not limited to SEM, Display and Affiliates

  • Be directly responsible for the creation, launch, analysis, optimization and management of a Multi-Million Dollar annual budget to hit our user growth targets   

  • Ensure consistent and compelling branding, creative and messaging across all channels by partnering with the creative team

  • Conduct regular analysis, run reporting, and maintain dashboards; effectively communicate with team about acquisition performance, learnings and opportunities

  • Innovate and continuously seek to improve all aspects of acquisition with on-going A/B creative and landing page testing; work with external partners and Head of Growth to identify new opportunities to test; partner with internal cross-functional teams as needed


What You'll Need:

The ideal candidate for this role should have:

  • 3-5 years experience managing SEM, Display and Affiliate campaigns with demonstrable results

  • Excellent project management and communication skills

  • Love data.  Highly engaged with Analytics: Dashboards, Insights, and Reporting

  • Experience managing Google Adwords and affiliate campaigns in HasOffers

  • Experience with A/B testing, messaging, and post-campaign analysis

  • Ability to balance an intense attention to detail with swift execution

  • A self-starting attitude—ready to seize opportunities to make an impact without needing to be told

  • Strong negotiation skills and experience managing vendors and partners

  • Possess an eye for effective creative advertising and can work well with creative talent

  • Experience working in a mobile, gaming, or start-up environment is a plus

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field
