Engineering Lead

  • You like a challenge, and are capable of deftly responding to high-priority interrupts while delivering against a prioritized backlog.

  • You enjoy teaching as well as learning, and want to spend some of your time sharing your experience and mentoring others.

  • You want to be part of team, and enjoy partnering with your peers in Marketing, Product, Design, and Data Analysis.

  • 8+ years of commercial software development experience, 2+ in a lead role.

  • While we don’t require experience with any specific tools, it would be useful if you had recent hands-on experience with one or more of the following:

    • REST architecture

    • Complex web applications in Javascript and HTML 5

    • 3D programming in C++

    • LAMP stack infrastructure

    • DevOps or Systems Administration



  • You’ve contributed to open source projects (i.e. code we can review).

  • You want your work to matter, and you care about designing and delivering compelling user experiences.

  • You’ve made a significant contribution to a large-scale web application.

  • You’ve built a high-performance, 3D or client/server network application.
