About the Opportunity:
We’re hiring a Strategic Advisor focused on hospitals and healthcare systems who will support the sales team and act as a brand ambassador to help drive new business, add value during the sales process, and accelerate company growth. This role helps reps establish credibility and rapport by bringing field expertise, deep industry knowledge, and providing consultation and expertise throughout the sales cycle.
A Strategic Advisor can understand and quickly analyze business challenges and advocate for ImageTrend solutions that meet prospective buyer needs. This role plays an important role in promoting our brand and thought leadership in the market that enables the sales team to achieve revenue growth goals.
What You’ll Do:
- Supports the achievement of annual company sales quota as stipulated in the Sales Compensation Plan incentive agreement
- Acts as a trusted advisor, company ambassador and thought leader with high integrity and professionalism to support revenue growth and strengthen relationships with ImageTrend clients, prospects, partners, and other external audiences
- Assist with strategy on sales opportunities and support representatives on sales calls, including pre-meeting planning, debrief or reflections, and win/loss
- Support prospecting and business development efforts through networking or making introductions, and advising, informing, or defining prospect messaging and outreach strategy
- Attend, advise, or support discovery and qualification sales calls to help probe and identify relevant pain points and recommend appropriate solutions
- Help sales team members understand and navigate the decision-making and purchasing or procurement processes, and offer guidance during deal strategy planning
- Add value during sales demonstrations or other meetings through compelling stories, presentations and examples
- Provide training, mentorship and coaching on industry or product knowledge to new and developing sales reps as assigned to accelerate their skills and abilities
- Present or teach at industry conferences and other tradeshows, and events as required
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Customer Success and other cross-functional teams to support and influence our strategy and positioning in the market
- Stay informed of industry trends, competition, market opportunities, or other developments and take initiative to implement or provide insights or ideas to help us continue improving products and processes
- Travel to orientation, industry or company events, or other onsite meetings as required
- Perform additional duties or tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Extensive experience as a chief or key system administrator in hospital operations, healthcare, EMS or related industry, preferably as an ImageTrend user
- Deep understanding of health system EMS transport services, patient and trauma registry, ER operations, and EMS/ER coordination with an emphasis on EMR’s, training, and improving patient outcomes
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and the ability to present, influence, and persuade key stakeholders and executive-level decision makers
- Proven to be a motivated self-starter and work independently within a highly collaborative and team-oriented environment
- Strong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities and the ability to simplify complex concepts and tailor by audience
- Strong technical aptitude to learn new systems and experience using MS Office Suite, CRM, Gong or other similar sales technologies tools
- Ability to maintain discretion when handling proprietary and confidential information
- Enthusiasm for learning and expanding knowledge or skills
- Strong work ethic, integrity, honesty, collaboration and team orientation
- Ability to travel as required, up to 50%

Position Salary Range: The annual base salary range for this full-time role is $70,000 - $95,000 USD + variable commission + benefits + perks + community gains. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, education or training and other relevant qualifications.
