Job Description:

The Program Manager (PM) is responsible for leading all aspects of program execution (cost, schedule, technical performance, and customer satisfaction) for the ground and flight tests for the Ballistic Missile Defense System execution. The PM is responsible for overall execution of BMDS test related activities that includes planning, executing, and analyzing performance in BMDS flight tests and ground tests. The PM will be the primary interface with the Missile Defense Agency customer, creating a strong relationship and partnership, to provide products and solutions in support of achieving the goals of the BMDS IMTP.

Minimum Skills & Qualifications:

  • BS degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM);
  • 15+ years of professional related working experience ;
  • 5+ years of relevant supervisory experience;
  • Experience with EVMS, Risk Management, Forecasting and Estimates at Completion (EACs);
  • Active Secret clearance or higher security required.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in STEM;
  • Ability to lead a group that develops plans to test/exercise software-intensive system in various multi-system venues (hardware-in-the-loop and simulation tests/exercises coupled with human-in-the-loop exercises).
