IDP Education Middle East is looking for a skilled webmaster to be part of the Digital Marketing Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing IDP Middle East websites, using the designated content management systems and other marketing tools.
This position is based in New Cairo, Egypt.
Responsible for updating IDP websites, creating and managing web and landing pages through different Content Management Systems (WordPress, Contentful, SAP hybris WCMS).
Creating and managing IDP events across the region through the event management platform.
Monitoring and analyzing events' performance regularly.
Creating and sending email marketing campaigns using different email servers.
Coordinating with content and graphic design teams to ensure the delivery of new website content.
Working closely with the global team to update the websites with the updated Products and services.
Conducting regular website audits to ensure content accuracy, functionality, and overall user experience.
Implementing SEO best practices to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
Managing web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track website performance and user behavior.
Troubleshooting website issues and liaising with IDP central team to resolve technical problems.
Conducting A/B testing on website elements (e.g., CTAs, page layouts) to optimize conversion rates.
Providing regular website performance reports and insights to relevant stakeholders.
Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in web development and digital marketing.
Training and supporting other team members in using content management systems and other web tools effectively.
Bachelor’s degree in any related field
Excellent English and Arabic language skills
Previous Experience in managing any CMS is a must.
Knowledge of HTML is required.
Previous knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics is a must.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Knowledge of Photoshop is a plus.
