Handling outbound calls
Respond to basic student queries
Have basic understanding of education industry
Research required information using available resources
Handle and address customer complaints / issues
Classify the calls based on their importance as per defined criteria
Identify and escalate priority students
Follow up customer calls where necessary
- Bachelor (or above) qualification
- 1-2 years of call handling experience with at least 6 months in an outbound experience in call centre
- Proficient in relevant computer applications
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Customer service experience
- Knowledge of administration and clerical processes
