POSITION PURPOSE

We are looking to hire an experienced Cisco network engineer to implement and maintain Cisco networks. As a Cisco network engineer, you will be responsible for installing Cisco networks, troubleshooting issues, maintaining security, and training end-users on Cisco networking products. To ensure success, you should have extensive experience with network installations, good communication skills, and experience with end-user training.   should be able to and deploy and maintain scalable and secure networks that perfectly meet our needs. You will also be required to participate in solution reviews for your peer’s work, triage and solve live customer issues, and participate in all day-to-day operational activities. Additionally, you will monitor, measure, and improve Network performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  1. Troubleshooting of all types of Hardware (Desktops, Laptops, & Printers), and Software applications (Installation, configuration & troubleshooting of OS, Microsoft Azure products) 
  2. Installation and configuration of Windows/Linux-based operating systems
  3. Good experience in Installation, configuring & troubleshooting Microsoft 365 
  4. Managing DHCP, DNS & Active Directory
  5. Managing Linux based servers. 
  6. Basic troubleshooting of networking LAN, WAN, basic installation, and configuration  
  7. Configuring & Troubleshooting of Network printers, scanners & Local printers at L1      Level. 
  8. Resolving tickets within the SLA which is raised from the User side supporting through floor support/Remote  support & Call support. 
  9.   Configuration and support for iPad & iPhone. 
  10. Installation and Supporting of all meeting rooms & Video conferences 
  11. Maintain accurate and updated IT Asset Management inventory to keep track of the
     equipment. 
  12. CCTV/Biometric/Printer Configuration and Maintenance & Vendor management 
  13. Follow the IT Security policies
  14. Provide L2 support to the technical problems faced by the users inside the premises. 
  15. Liaise with vendors to solve the issues in IT Infrastructure if any. 
  16. Plan to execute periodic maintenance of the IT hardware.
  17. Provide Routine monitoring and proactive solutions 
  18. Keep all documents updated and kept in the repository.  


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  1. Minimum 1 to 3 years’ experience in a similar End user support role 
  2. Any bachelor’s degree/diploma (without any backlogs) 
  3. Good verbal & written communication skills.
