POSITION PURPOSE

To ensure the IELTS PSN standards are maintained for all network Examiners.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

· Manage the Examiner inbox

· Keep certification spreadsheets robust and up to date

· Ensure documentation for all IELTS and Life Skills Examiners is received as required from centres

· Provide written report to PSN Manager monthly on certifications conducted and results received for all IELTS: IDP centres during that period

· Work with the PSN Manager to distribute and track the performance for Senior Examiners

· Understand, respect and comply with IELTS quality and compliance, security and confidentiality requirements

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

To succeed in this role you will need organisational and sound time management skills, the ability to maintain focus  under pressure and strong cross cultural communication skills to facilitate good relationships with our test centre  network.  You will also need to be process improvement driven and have the ability to work independently and as part  of a cohesive team.  Experience working in a regulatory environment or quality system will be advantageous.
