STUDY ABOARD - OVERSEAS EDUCATION CONSULTANT (FRESH/TRAINEE) - HA NOI OFFICE

30 Trieu Viet Vuong, Hai Ba Trung & 15-17 Ngoc Khanh, Ba Dinh

Job Description

• Providing customers with the best and professional service in their study abroad journey
• Individual and family counselling with prospective students on studying overseas and visa policy

• Following up prospective students regularly and updating daily customer information into the company database/CRM. Handling applications and relevant issues to admissions

• Joining training sessions of partner institution representatives as assigned from Student Placement Manager

• Supporting in exhibitions, seminars of IDP or partner institutions

Requirements

• Last year student or fresh graduate

• Good interpersonal and communication skills (both English & Vietnamese)

• Those who love to learn and challenge

• Actively involved in school and social activities

• Prior experience in counselling/customer service
