POSITION PURPOSE

  • Maintaining and updating employee files and HR operations related trackers
  • Coordination for Identity-cum-access Card/Mediclaim process
  • Compensation & Benefits Administration
  • Time, Attendance & Payroll Administration/Statutory Compliance/Audit
  • Maintain Statutory Obligations & Compliance related to HR matters like PF, ESIC, Service Tax, Income Tax, Labor Welfare Fund, Professional Tax, Gratuity, etc.
  • Coordinate and follow-up for employee’s probation review/extension/confirmation letters
  •  Ensure smooth Exit Formalities/ F&F settlement/SAP/People Soft/Oracle

  • Good Knowledge of Success Factor
  • Should be well versed with Word, Excel and basic HR processes.
  • Good communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills for internal & external communication
  • Must maintain Discretion, confidentiality and professionalism at all times
