Learning Experience Designer (Junior)

Working with our Performance and Capability Team you will support the development of learning initiatives, improving people capability across our global network.

You will be responsible for developing effective, online learning solutions and assessments, supporting our people to acquire knowledge, skills and develop competencies in an engaging and effective manner.


Key Performance Area


  1. Work with subject matter experts and clearly identify the target audience’s training needs
  2. Decide on the criteria used to judge learner’s performance and develop assessment instruments
  3. Detailed Design Brief - Learning specifications
  4. All essential learning outcomes identified


  1. Design effective solutions for the delivery of learning content
  2. Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process
  3. Apply tested instructional design concepts related to learning theories, practice and methodologies
  4. Scripts and storyboards that meet business requirements
  5. Agreed timelines met
  6. Content that meets agreed business requirements as per Training Needs Analysis and Design brief.
  7. Training functions as intended on SuccessFactors LMS


  1. Developing and modifying courseware and supporting materials using agreed authoring software
  2. Developing training that functions correctly on SuccessFactors
  3. Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and transfer
  4. Content that meets agreed business requirements as per Training Needs Analysis and Design brief.
  5. Training functions as intended on SuccessFactors LMS


  1. Maintain project documentation and course folders
  2. Ensure Version control protocols are adhered to
  3. Package learning files and submit them for loading onto SuccessFactors
  4. Follow agreed processes

Essential requirements (skills, knowledge, experience & qualification):

  1. 2 or more years’ experience in instructional design, Adult Learning or related field
  2. Understanding of instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE
  3. Experience using eLearning development software (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Creative Suite, Vyond, etc.)
  4. Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts, and storyboards
  5. BS or MA degree in instructional design, educational technology or similar
  6. High attention to detail, especially when evaluating and reviewing content prior to implementation
  7. Possess the ability to comprehend information from a range of disciplines/subjects
  8. Possess skills to structure and simplify complex information
  9.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  10. IELTS equivalent 6.5 overall minimum
