Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing reconciliations and bank deposit documentation
  • Assist/facilitate direct deposit for payments for IELTS test fee, TRF, Test Day Transfer, Remarking and IELTS Workshop fees from customers. Advise head office on a daily basis deposit made for the day.
  • Attending to customers complaints tactfully and professionally and referring appropriately
  • Completing counter transactions involving selling products, making appointments for provision of services or facilitating the receiving of mail, documents and parcels from customers and suppliers.

Qualification Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Customer service focus attitude
  • Cash Management and Accounting Data Entry skills
  • MS Office software skills
  • Analytical problem solving skills
  • Integrity/Honesty/Confidence/Focus
  • Good English communication skills
