Position purpose

The PX Administrator will be the point of contact that provides first level response to PX queries, manages employee records in SuccessFactors (our PX system) including the consistent upkeep of PX Letters and employment contracts. The role will also be responsible for providing administrative and systems support to our people leaders, employees and the PX team.

Candidate Profile:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding new employees into our PX systems and follow up on outstanding paperwork to ensure compliance
  • Manage inbox and responding to emails
  • Prepare PX related letters and contracts for PX team
  • Administer and maintain employee records in SuccessFactors, ensuring employees records are accurate and up to date
  • Provide general administrative support to global PX team
  • Communicate with new candidates and local PX teams globally
  • Maintaining Position Description templates and library
  • Providing first level support on the use of SuccessFactors

We are looking for:

  • Strong administration skills
  • Good written and verbal skills
  • Strong customer service
  • High attention to detail
  • A level of autonomy and know when to escalate issues
  • Previous PX administration experience

Desirable requirements

  • Experience working with SuccessFactors or other HRIS platform
