POSITION PURPOSE

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting the Marketing Manager in executing and managing all marketing activities supporting IDP Education Canada’s Student Placement business and IELTS testing business. Responsible for ensuring marketing campaigns are executed on schedule, effectively managed, optimized, and reported on at scheduled intervals to gauge effectiveness and improvement opportunities.

YOU WILL

  • Ensure all advertising activity is conducted in accordance with all relevant IELTS policies and procedures.
  • Conduct ad campaign & SEO audits on an ongoing basis.
  • Continual optimization of google ad campaigns and SEO initiatives.
  • Ensure all advertising activity is conducted in accordance with all relevant IELTS policies and procedures.
  • Communicate all relevant regional news through IDP Canada social media accounts.  
  • Manage IDP Canada’s marketing automation
  • Plan and execute automated drip campaigns for IDP Canada students and test takers.
  • Curate all monthly news and highlights and develop monthly newsletter for stakeholders.
  • Curate and create planned content.
  • Promote content through all channels (social media, email, website).
  • Conduct regularly scheduled website audits to determine and solve fixable issues.
  • Working with 3P’s to deliver quality 3P marketing initiatives.

YOU ARE GREAT AT:

  • Identifying, analysing and solving problems
  • Executing digital marketing campaigns  and running email marketing campaigns with at least 3 years prior experience
  • Google Analytics, with at least 1 year prior experience
  • Analytical and research capabilities.

 EXTRA AWESOME:

  • Ability to speak French, Spanish or Mandarin
  • Event management experience
  • Familiarity with the international education and/or language proficiency testing sector.
