The Digital Content Coordinator supports IDP’s global content and social strategy by maintaining the online content platform and curating user-generated content (UGC) for use across IELTS and Student Placement business lines and content strategies.


  • Upload, manage and publish content, including text, tags, metadata, and digital assets for web and app in our content platforms, Contentful and SAP WCMS.
  • Coordinate content creation and editorial workflows with content contributors, including students.
  • Assist web content audits, user research and content briefs. 
  • Publish simple videos for multiple channels using Lumen5.
  • Collaborate on the editorial calendar and content production schedule with the social media coordinator and digital content producer.
  • Assist the social media and community management response plan.
  • Use social listening tools and Meltwater to uncover trends and customer questions and concerns for content opportunities.
  • Curate UGC to multiple channels using Stackla.


  • Bachelor's degree or higher degree in marketing, writing, journalism, media, communications or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience producing written and multimedia content that meets business and user needs.  
  • Excellent skills in writing for the web.
  • Impeccable spelling, grammar and proofreading ability.  
  • Experience managing content in content management systems (CMS). 
  • Ability to work independently and reliably with minimal supervision in a non-traditional setting.
  • HTML experience.
  • Experience with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite.
  • Experience with design tools, such as Photoshop and Canva.
