POSITION PURPOSE

This position will be responsible for Qualifying the Web enquiries as per the defined targets in line to the In country Marketing team.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Qualify Web Leads in lines to the defined targets
  • Ensure quality calling and response to IDP students and parents
  • Manage other IDP touch points – Outbound calls, Web Chat & SMS etc.
  • Closely work with the reporting manager on the Monthly/Yearly web lead qualification targets

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Preferably has 1-3 years experience in the call centre industry.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good understanding of DIALER functionalities
  • Ability & Willingness to innovate, self-motivated
  • Basic computer skills - MS office
