About the role

The Administration and Marketing Manager is an important role in providing operational and administrative support to the IDP Connect APAC team. A significant focus for the role is to provide support for the marketing, communications, and event management requirements of the IDP Connect APAC team. In addition, the person in this role delivers administrative support to Client Managers to assist in student placement agreement management, as well as some reporting and some basic finance tasks.

This is a 12-month fixed-term opportunity.

What you will do 

Provide support for the marketing, communications, and event management requirements of the team:

  • Coordinate HubSpot marketing activity and communicate performance metrics to the team.
  • Create, manage, and monitor the flow of leads from marketing through to the Client Managers.
  • Help coordinate case studies, presentations, emails, webinars, print collateral, and other marketing materials for sales and marketing activities on an ongoing basis.
  • Support the management of the IDP Connect APAC social media presence across LinkedIn.
  • Assistance with logistics for conferences and events hosted and/or attended by IDP Connect APAC team.
  • Support stakeholder and sector activities to facilitate client team and brand goals

Provide support to Client Managers to assist in agreement management, including onboarding and termination of clients.

Liaise with IDP Finance Team to deploy and manage financial terms negotiated in Client agreements.

Triage and assist in issues escalation and resolution for issues generated by Clients or IDP Finance.
