Role – Partnerships and Special Projects Manager
Location – Our office is in Putney Bridge, but we are all working from home right now
Salary – Circa £40,000 plus a discretionary bonus
Is this you?
You will need to wear 2 hats in this role. One will be focused on project management and the other will be building strategic partnerships. They are split as follows:
Project management will include managing our student Review Collection process, in addition to end-to-end management across our flagship annual event, the Whatuni Student Choice Awards.
Strategic partnerships will involve networking and building strategic relationships with our university clients, sector bodies, charities, and other youth-focused organisations in the UK.
Any role where you have to have a blend of skills is a challenge, and this is no different. You will need to be able to work across all areas of our organisation including content, social, marketing, sales, and SEO. You will also have to manage freelancers on an ad hoc basis so people management skills are a must-have.
What you’ll need
You will be passionate about networking and building relationships, but you will also have a methodical approach to managing your work (previous project management and/or events/sponsorship management experience would be ideal). You will have an understanding or a willingness to learn about the higher education sector and what makes it a fantastic market segment.
