Job Description

Role – IT Support Engineer  

Location – Putney Bridge (2-3 days office based)

Salary – Circa £35,000 plus bonus

Does technology and fixing peoples IT problems come naturally to you? Are you looking a role which is a mix of 1st and 2nd support? Are you looking for a role where you will be mentored by an IT manager and taught about how to work in a global company? If so then please continue to read on.

 

The Challenge

You will be part of a small team but very busy team comprising of an IT Manager and IT Support Executive. You will be responsible for) on providing 1st and 2nd line technical support to both local and remote staff spread throughout the UK and where possible in the US & Canada. There will be times when you are setting up and shipping out laptops and others when you are working on new and innovative technology projects.

 

What you’ll need

You will need to have a passion for IT or at least an understanding on how to build, fix and resolve tech issues on both Windows and Mac laptops. You will also need to have the desire to want to learn as this is an entry level role coupled with the ability to provide a high level of customer service to our users.

Ideally you will have worked in both an office based role coupled with a remote support role. 

Travel into our Putney Bridge office 2-3 times a week is an essential for us.
