Programmatic Sales Manager (m/f)

Prospect new partners, as well as reactivate already existing ones, assuring the fulfilment of the Company’s sales strategy and profitability.
- Develop and maintain relationships for direct clients and agencies suitable for IconPeak’s programmatic offering;
- Educate media buyers on IconPeak’s marketing opportunities and find solutions for potential clients’ needs;
- Prepare and present sales pitch materials, manage pipeline and overcome objections in order to win business on a monthly basis
- Represent IconPeak at industry events;
- Work with clients to gather everything necessary in time to run a successful campaign including creative, tracking, and KPIs.
- At least 2 years of experience in Sales or Business Development at a startup, ideally in the Mobile Performance Marketing market;
- Solid understanding of programmatic advertising;
- Experience organizing sales cycles from prospecting to closing; proven sales track record and motivation to thrive in handling objections to reach your goals;
- Entrepreneurial mindset - you work independently and do not require micromanagement;
- Comfortable speaking with clients about tracking and implementation.
