Job Description


Manage our Berlin-based Account Management team in order to provide an excellent experience for our advertisers.



Lead our Account Management team:

  • Manage and develop our Berlin-based advertiser Account Management team;

  • Support the team’s professional growth through career planning and continuous feedback; ensure effective succession planning;

  • Define, implement and follow-up on success criteria (KPIs) for the Account Management team;

  • Be an active part of our hiring process for the Account Management team;

  • Take full responsibility of training, coaching and on-boarding of new members of the Account Management team;

  • Create an inspiring team spirit and foster knowledge exchange;

  • Work closely with our Head of Ad Ops to participate in execution of strategic planning.

Polish the customer experience:

  • Take responsibility for our customer relations on the advertiser-side;

  • Challenge our internal client relationship processes and implement new procedures to increase efficiency;

  • Seek and respond to client feedback in order to provide superb customer experience;

  • Coordinate and integrate roll-out of our customer experience improvement strategies.




  • Proven success in managing and motivating teams;

  • Experience in and solid understanding of Account Management;

  • Relevant experience in the advertising industry, ideally with performance marketing experience.


  • Strong team management and interpersonal skills;

  • Ability to motivate your team;

  • Outstanding result- and customer-oriented attitude;

  • Ability to work independently and to initiate own projects;

  • Metrics-driven with excellent analytical skills;

  • Ability to articulate a strategy and to communicate this vision;

  • You bring the ability to lead by example;

  • Self-starter with the ability to quickly learn;

  • Excellent organisation skills and ability to handle multiple responsibilities at the same time.
