iChiro utilizes state of the art computerized adjustments, as well as traditional manual adjustments. Massage, exercises, stretches, traction, and other soft tissue therapies are utilized to obtain the best results.


We have successfully operated for 21 years with multiple locations. Our systems allow the chiropractor to be the doctor, and not have to worry about running the business.


iChiro is a franchised system and provides the opportunity for associates to utilize the iChiro systems as a franchisee once the doctor is comfortable moving out on their own.

Patient Coordinator’s schedule:

Your schedule will be Monday through Friday 8am-6pm with a lunch break from 12:30-2:30.


Your Mission as Patient Coordinator:

This position is especially important as it is the main liaison between the doctors and the patients. The duties of this position revolve around making a smooth working environment for our doctors and an excellent place to get treated as a patient.


Most importantly, we are looking for a Patient Coordinator that is not simply excellent at working with our patients, but also one that is excellent at the admin side of this position.


Patient Coordinator’s duties and responsibilities:

  • Educate patients on our values and benefits of treatments
  • Handle disagreements and upsets from patients
  • Help patients make treatment decisions
  • Schedule appointments and treatments
  • Post payments
  • Answer and make phone calls
  • Route patients appropriately within practice


Required experience and qualifications:

We do not require medical experience; however we do ask that you have 2+ years experience selling and closing deals.

  • Excellent communication skills
  • High ability to confront people’s upsets


Offered salary and other compensation:

We offer a starting salary of $35,000 depending on experience. We also offer health insurance, 401k, paid vacation and free chiropractic care.
