We are hiring a Production Associate to assist with day-to-day production and operational tasks. This role involves working in a team environment to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely completion of tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with production and operational tasks as assigned
- Prepare, organize, and handle materials or products
- Follow instructions and maintain quality standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Support team members to meet daily production goals
- Perform basic quality checks and report issues
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate items
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Previous production or warehouse experience is a plus
