We are seeking a reliable Customer Service Representative (CSR) to assist customers with inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people and working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

  • Provide accurate information about company services

  • Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary

  • Document customer interactions in internal systems

  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction

  • Follow company procedures and communication guidelines

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Customer service or call center experience preferred but not required

  • Basic computer and data entry skills

  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
