Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Event Coordinator to help plan, organize, and execute company events and promotional activities. This role supports the Event Coordinator with logistics, event preparation, and on-site coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning and organizing promotional events

  • Support event setup, coordination, and breakdown

  • Communicate with vendors, staff, and event participants

  • Ensure event materials and supplies are prepared

  • Help manage schedules and event logistics

  • Represent the company professionally at events

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (degree in Marketing, Events, or Communications a plus)

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Ability to work evenings or weekends when required

  • Event planning or customer service experience preferred
