Role: Social Media Manager

Experience: 2-5 years of work experience. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, English or a related field.

Skills Required:

  • English speaker

  • Excellent written English skills

  • Proven ability to author original content and edit content created by other resources (provide work samples)

  • Self starter. Ability to plan and execute on a consistent basis.

  • Knowledge of A/B testing and traffic optimization best practices

  • Experience with visual design and web development

  • Working knowledge of SEO best practices


  • Ecommerce or Retail market experience

  • Experience with all major social media platforms in a B2B setting (especially LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook, Youtube/Vimeo)

  • Experience working in a startup environment

  • Experience managing third party content providers (artists, video)

  • Experience buying advertising (Google Adwords, other media buying)

  • Ability to use Photoshop, Illustrator and video editing software

  • Proven “growth hacking” experience

  • Experience with AHREF’s and/or social media tracking tools

  • Cultivation of leads and sales

  • Ongoing delivery of newsletter and list maintenance
