Talent Acquisition Manager

Job Description

IAC Applications is looking for an innovative, passionate and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to own and manage the entire talent acquisition process and team for a growing and evolving organization. This person will be a true partner to senior leaders and hiring managers across the organization to define our approach to talent and be a true advocate for their businesses. The right person will be both resourceful and innovative - they will be expected to be a true “player coach”  and guide a process that aligns with a results oriented organization and inspires a group of bright individuals. This person will be a risk taker - someone who isn’t scared of tossing out long-standing methods to try ideas and methods that are outside the box.

*Travel to the Yonkers Headquarters will be required

Responsibilities:

  • Enhance and own ongoing talent acquisition strategy

  • Serve as a trusted talent acquisition advisor and recruiter to senior level stakeholders globally

  • Create, update and distribute recruiting metrics and dashboards as required

  • Proactively design, implement and drive interview and evaluation processes for all searches

  • Undertake senior level searches supporting executives in their hiring needs and provide a white glove service

  • Develop talent pipelines in niche markets and functional areas, specifically around mobile talent

  • Assist in the enhancement of existing or implementation of a new ATS centered, data collection process to be adopted on a global basis

  • Participate in tactical and strategic team meetings

  • Partner, as needed, with finance, human resources, training and other teams to facilitate a smooth talent function

Experience:

  • BA/BS degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.

  • Proven experience in the full life cycle of corporate talent acquisition

  • Demonstrated experience managing and leading others
