We are seeking a highly capable Sr. Director of Development for Apalon, our mobile business.  The role will be responsible for M&A and other strategic opportunities aimed at step function growth.  The Sr. Director will be a critical member of the management team.

Responsibilities 

•Lead the identification and negotiation of M&A/investment activities for mobile.

•Develop growth strategies, associated business plans, and recommendations for mobile expansion, with heavy emphasis on market trends and data.

•Perform financial analysis for key mobile initiatives to identify opportunities for investment.

•Manage the overall development/investment pipeline. 

Required Skills

•10+ years mobile experience with demonstrated track record of closing deals 

•Extensive knowledge and passion for mobile apps, including international markets

•Ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed organization with deep knowledge of Product, Marketing and Legal. 

•Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment.

•Strong financial modeling ability.

•Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

•Bachelor degree required; MBA strongly preferred.
