As Senior Director, Digital Marketing, you will lead Apalon's mobile digital marketing, strategic planning and acquisition across all digital distribution channels to drive growth.  The ideal candidate will have experience leading a dynamic digital marketing team and a proven track record effectively developing and instituting processes and best practices to generate positive results.  You will work closely with internal departments (product, data and finance teams) and coordinate on business objectives.  You will also be responsible for management of all advertising platforms and maintaining engaging and productive vendor relationships.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive multi-channel marketing strategy for Apalon mobile app portfolio and optimize multi-million dollar investment across all advertising platforms.

  • Lead digital marketing execution and campaign management on all advertising platforms, drive clear decision making and alignment with key stakeholders and senior management.

  • Manage marketing team, employee development plans, maintain org chart, identify and evaluate resource needs

  • Develop view of marketing landscape and roadmap, deliver improved efficiency and growth.

  • Evaluate and enhance performance measurement approach to improve attribution and drive growth.

  • Establish KPI goals and ensure team is executing to effectively meet targets.

  • Lead creative strategy development process to develop new winning creative assets across channels and maximize design resources.

  • Own marketing financial results and coordinate with Finance to prepare concise, timely and accurate updates to senior management.

  • Identify new distribution channels, build strategy publisher relationships, develop test plans, execute, optimize and scale

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree required

  • 10 years of digital marketing experience as a strong marketing leader driving cross-functional collaboration.

  • Experience in mobile advertising platforms - Facebook, Google, Twitter, Apple Search Ads and in-app advertising platforms.

  • Passionate and knowledgeable about mobile marketing vertical.

  • Strong strategic planning, oversight on execution and optimization.

  • Must be effective in communicating(written and verbal) to provide concise, timely and accurate updates to management.

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.  

  • Forecasting and budgeting experience required

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
