IAC Applications is looking for a strategic and passionate corporate recruiter to help us scale our innovative and dynamic technology business. The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things recruiting - owning the full candidate life-cycle, sourcing, candidate interview experience, internship programs and branding, just to name a few! What you will do here:
Own and manage recruiting process through entire candidate lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer).
Deliver top notch candidate experience from coordination, to onsite experience, to final offer negotiation.
Partner with hiring managers to define talent requirements and think through innovative ways to find the best possible candidates to add to our fast-paced business.
Discover and implement new ways to innovatively source top candidates.
Build a robust candidate pipeline through diverse networks and active sourcing
Represent and contribute to IAC Applications employment brand - you are a true brand ambassador!
Create and implement best practices and process improvements to help us constantly better our recruiting process.
Own and manage the IAC Applications summer internship program - hiring, onboarding and program creation/management.
Partners with local programs and bootcamps to help us attract a diverse and talented candidate pool
Attend networking meetings, career fairs and other industry related events as necessary.
What you have:
At least 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced technology environment. Comfortable carrying a large job req load.
Experience in recruiting for technical and engineering roles.
Excellent interpersonal skills. You love building relationships with candidates and feel passionately about candidate experience!
An interest in learning technology and digital marketing recruiting specifically, though you will have your hands in all types of verticals.
You’re an out of the box and creative thinker who is constantly thinking through new and innovative ways to attract top talent.
A flair for scheduling and coordination and an understanding of how important these things are to candidate experience.
**This role can sit in either NYC or Yonkers, NY - you will need to travel to the other office occasionally
