Product & Search Analytics Intern, Summer 2019

What You Will Do Here:
The summer intern will work with the analytics and optimization team to help the product and search team leverage data to make better business decisions and prioritize their development efforts: analyze the correlations between product categorization and user value, product tier and retention, search assets and monetization, search categorization and intent. You will learn to query our internal data and leverage insight from billions of data points. You will work with product management team and help them link business KPIs to your analysis.

Experience Desired:
  • Driven, accountable, a self-starter with innate curiosity, and a desire to solve problems
  • Excellent attention to detail, verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to conceptualize, describe and analyze complex and abstract problems
  • Strong math, data manipulation & analysis skills
  • Very comfortable with Excel; Tableau, SQL skills a plus
General Requirements:
  • Bachelor or Master’s Degree in quantitative field or Business Administration.
  • Passion for tech industry, data analysis and product development process.
  • Experience in analytics related field, at least some knowledge of SQL and/or Tableau
