Part-Time Office Manager [Fixed Term Contract]

IAC Applications’ main Dublin office is currently seeking a diligent, proactive and enthusiastic part-time office manager to join our growing team. This person will be based primarily in our Harcourt Street office – but will also support the Blanchardstown office remotely from time to time.

Responsibilities include:

  • Point person for general Facilities and Communications initiatives – such as organizing volunteer events or breakfasts in the office.
  • Point person for general HR initiatives for Ireland
  • IT support:
    • organizing all starter packs with NYC for new hires;
    • overseeing our IT needs with Minsk office and local IT provider;
    • liaising with NYC/outside provider to get matters closed (printers, video cameras, batteries for mouse, etc)
    • Overseeing getting video conference facilities for our office
  • Organizing social events for the team, such as summer party or Christmas party.
  • Overseeing food orders
  • Working with building services on ordering stationery/paper, couriers/mail, securing private meeting spaces
  • Assisting with travel plans of the Irish employees and expense reports
  • Miscellaneous admin tasks that the legal, marketing and finance teams may need from time to time,
  • Generally seeking new ways to improve office.
