Job Description

iTranslate is looking for a motivated individual to join our Marketing team as a Marketing Manager for language learning mobile applications. You will manage paid acquisition campaigns including strategic planning, campaign creation and optimization across Facebook, Google Ads, Instagram, Apple Search Ads, etc. You will also be responsible for testing new channels & growing our subscriber base inline with LTV & cost targets. We're looking for someone who is data-driven and a strong creative thinker. The position reports into the Head of Marketing.

What You Will Do Here:

  • Create & run engaging Digital B2C Direct Response campaigns across the leading ad platforms (Facebook, Google, Apple Search Ads, Twitter, Snapchat, etc); with a heavy focus on Language Learning.
  • Develop content marketing plans to achieve our business targets, with a clear focus on User Engagement & Creating Leads.
  • Push the limits: work on new, creative strategies to expand our worldwide marketing activities without limitations.
  • Collaborate with design teams to produce high quality content.
  • Work closely together with dedicated support representatives from Facebook, Google, Snapchat , Twitter, etc., to expand your skill-set and expertise!

Experience Desired:

  • Proven track record increasing & scaling customer acquisitions and managing customer acquisition costs
  • Success driving incremental growth from creative development/testing and audience development

General Requirements:

  • 3+ years of language learning marketing experience
  • Great understanding of the best practices of main digital marketing channels, which content & approaches work for which channel and why.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize acquisition budgets
  • Fluency in KPIs such as CPI, CPA, CVR, CPC, CPM and LTV
  • Direct to consumer mobile subscription experience
  • Strong communication skills & an analytical background with a bias for developing data-driven solutions
  • Highly collaborative - with experience working cross functionally with internal & external teams including Product, Analytics, Finance, Creative to share best practices and inform testing initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of the mobile app industry (iOS, Android). Digital and Tech-savvy: affinity for iOS, Mac, Android etc.
