Sales Planning Analyst

We are hiring a Sales Planning Analyst based in our Bend, Oregon office who will be responsible for working collaboratively with the remote sales team and across home office functions to manage Humm’s sales and production forecasts and retailer maintenance.
What You’ll Be Doing:
In this role, you’ll manage the sales and trade forecasting process across all classes of trade, for all customers to enable the company to deliver its financial goals and optimize production efficiency. This role will effectively manage retailer administrative tasks (i.e. item setup and maintenance), optimizing processes to open up sales leadership efficiencies. This role works cross functionally with Field Sales, Marketing, Finance & Operations.
What’s Required for Consideration:
- 2-4 years of CPG experience
- A degree in business or equivalent.
- Direct account management experience or sales planning experience
- Experience with development and utilization of forecast and trade management tools
- Skilled at using IRI/SPINS and other data sources
- Retail environment knowledge
- Ability to travel as needed (up to 10%)
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Superior presentation and communication skills (written and verbal)
