We are hiring a Customer Service Supervisor.
What You’ll Be Doing:
In this role, you’ll be responsible for daily department oversight, and the supervision and development of department staff. The supervisor develops, implements, and maintains department processes and procedures. This person is a super-user of ERP system, Order portal, Production Schedule, EDI, and Excel. The supervisor helps troubleshoot daily questions and issues regarding CSR procedures, and reports on department performance. Ensures customer expectations are being met, and issues are resolved. Communicates ideas that could improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
What’s Required for Consideration:
5 years customer service and 2 years in a customer service leadership role.
Prefer a Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
Attention to detail, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
Think proactively and mitigate issues.
Problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to adapt to different communication styles and interact professionally with co-workers.
Ability to be flexible and succeed in a rapidly changing and urgent environment.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Computer and office skills including strong experience in: ERP software, Excel, Word, Google Suite, Dropbox, and file management.
Aptitude to learn computer programs at an advanced level.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in an independent, self-directed environment while demonstrating a willingness to take direction and work as part of a team.
