As we expand our international footprint, weβre seeking a seasoned executive to lead our Latin America Business Unit with full commercial and operational ownership.

As the Latin America Business Unit Leader, youβll drive revenue growth, margin expansion, and market penetration across key LATAM countries. With full P&L ownership, youβll lead a high-impact team, manage regional sales and distribution, and ensure operational excellence. This is a strategic and tactical leadership role, ideal for someone deeply connected to the ag ecosystem in Latin America.

π Regional Strategy & Market Execution
β Define and execute a winning LATAM go-to-market strategy, localized for each country.
β Focus on key markets: Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Colombiaβdeploying talent and capital accordingly.
β Tailor our product offering to match crop, soil, and grower demands.
π Sales & Commercial Leadership
β Lead regional sales performance: direct selling, distributor partnerships, and rep networks.
β Hire, train, and motivate a multilingual sales team.
β Set pricing strategies and manage promotional efforts.
π° P&L & Financial Stewardship
β Own full regional P&L including budgeting, cost controls, and financial reporting.
β Ensure local regulatory compliance and financial discipline.
β Improve profitability by country, segment, and channel.
π¦ Channel Development & Customer Success
β Expand and manage distribution and retail partners.
β Cultivate top grower and government relationships.
β Serve as the face of the company to strategic accounts.
π Operational & Cross-Functional Execution
β Align with supply chain, marketing, and R&D for demand planning and campaign execution.
β Ensure timely product delivery and labeling compliance.
β Voice LATAM customer needs to global product development.

β What Youβll Bring
β 10+ years in agribusiness or crop inputs across Latin America
β Proven success managing regional P&Ls and leading multilingual sales teams
β Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and English
β Deep understanding of LATAM agriculture, distribution, and regulation
β Bachelor's in Agronomy, Business, or similar; MBA preferred
β Strong leadership, negotiation, and partner management skills
