Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Job Description

What we are looking for:

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator performs a wide variety of activities to support the end-to-end recruitment process. Serving as an integral team member in facilitating recruitment activities and building candidate relationships, the TA Coordinator provides administrative, project management and logistical support throughout the hiring process by direct interaction with our clients, interviewers, and candidates. Assists with events and ad hoc projects as needed.


  • Schedule phone and onsite interviews with candidates
  • Maintain and update our applicant Tracking System (Breezy and Jobscore)
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Follow up with interviewers for feedback and schedule debriefs
  • Assist in miscellaneous recruiting projects

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Has 1-year experience as a recruiting coordinator or similar administrative experience
  • Is consistently professional, especially when handling confidential information
  • Is highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Successfully delivers on deadlines and flawlessly executes in a very fast-paced environment
  • Has prior experience with using an applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Interest in tech startups is a plus!
